PSL provides a variety of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, petroleum, propane, and refrigeration services ranging from planned maintenance (both preventative and full coverage), inspections and diagnostic services as well as repairs, retrofits, and new installations for commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Data entry (process invoices, deposits, timecards)
  • Problem solving
  • Customer statements
  • Filing packing slips
  • Completing EFT and cheque runs
  • Filing paperwork
  • Reconcile Visa’s, other large accounts
  • New asset set up
  • Client statements
  • Collections
  • Project invoicing (creating invoices)
  • Create payroll various reports
  • Eventually assist in Issuing purchase order numbers
  • Communicating with clients, employees and management regarding any tasks listed above
  • Creating and running various reports as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Industrial, Mining, Commercial familiarity
  • Electrical background is considered an asset
  • Excellent Customer Services Skills.
  • Works well with minimal direction
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Accounts Payable
  • Experience with electronic accounting software
  • Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • General math skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and efficient
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
