PSL has recently undergone major Jonas Construction Software upgrades in order to provide more accurate, quicker and efficient service to our customers. Our service department can pre-schedule service appointments with corresponding equipment and provide customers with job status reports almost instantly. Technicians can upload pictures, checklists and documents and attach them to work orders using their hand-held devices which communicate directly with PSL head office, and in turn, our customers. Each report is custom tailored to meet any customers unique needs and specialized equipment. In addition, customers can access online portals tailored specific to them, allowing them to access real-time documentation at any time.
